Note that BUCS Play will not show this team join/IA approval deadline at present. Once the individual deadlines above have passed, BUCS Play will change to reflect this.

Entry Costs: 

Team - £427.25 (Team of 4 - Riders must join on BUCS Play as per 2024-25 Ranking List. These will be checked on the day)

Entry Process

ENTRY PROCESS – INDIVIDUAL EVENTS (CHAMPIONSHIP ONLY)

To apply for the competition all eligible competitors must follow these steps:

  1. Competitor to apply to the event on BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
  2. Institution administrator approves entry (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
  3. BUCS approves/denies entry into competition and publishes confirmed entry list

ENTRY PROCESS – TEAM EVENTS (TROPHY & CHAMPIONSHIP)

To apply for this competition:

  1. Entries will need to be submitted via the team entries section of our online entry system, BUCS Play (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
  2. Please speak to your Institution Administrator as they will need to enter the correct number of teams for you.
  3. Competitors then need to apply for the respective event. (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)
  4. Institution Administrators must assign competitors to the correct team during the approval process. (Instructions on how to do this can be found here)

Qualifiers

Please see the 'Qualifiers' Tab above for a full list of qualifiers.

If you have qualified please ensure you enter on BUCS Play by the relevant deadline specified in the 'Entry Dates & Costs' Panel above.

If you have qualified but will not be attending, you MUST inform Chris Lamb otherwise you may still be charged for your entry.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are accepted up until the relevant entry deadline listed above (Tuesday 10 June for individuals, Thursday 12 June for teams)

Please note if you withdraw after the deadline, you will still be charged your entry fee. If you do not inform BUCS of your withdrawal, you will also still be charged for your entry fee. Informing BUCS of your withdrawal means your space can be offered to the next best qualifier, so please ensure you email Chris Lamb if you cannot attend.
